Modern Slavery Act

In line with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, this statement demonstrates how Instil Software are committed to taking steps to understand and minimise the risk of modern slavery.

Our Commitment

We are committed to ethical and environmentally friendly practices throughout our business and ensure our policies reflect such behaviours and expectations.

As an equal opportunities employer, we make sure our recruitment process is carried out in a fair and non-discriminatory manner. Our ATS ensure all applicants are vetted and proof obtained of their legally right to work within the UK. We have worked hard to create an open and honest working culture and ensure our employees feel they are in a safe and respectful working environment. We want our employees to feel comfortable to identify any wrongdoing with feeling there is any risk.

We do not enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery and/or people trafficking.

Preventative Measures

  • We will ensure our staff have awareness on the Modern Slavery Act 2015 by providing training
  • Ensure due diligence is continually applied when considering work with new clients, suppliers and third party operators.
  • Embed a zero tolerance approach to slavery and/or trafficking
