This Tuesday sees the start of our ‘summer of code’ – a series of workshops and events all centred around coding. Things kick off with fellow Instiller Matt McComb providing a hands-on introduction to iOS for Women Who Code, Belfast. This is quickly followed by a series of weekly workshops, delivered under the Bash umbrella here at Instil HQ (as just announced by Garth on Friday), and then a week long festival of code.
To cap things off Mr Performance himself, Martin Thompson, will be over to deliver what possibly will be his only public course of 2014 at the start of September and to speak at our End of Summer Bash in the Black Box. In a nutshell, we’re bringing a little of React to Belfast, along with a free bar, free food and an amazing line-up of speakers. The question is, can we surpass 180 hand-delivered Boojum Burritos….you’ll just have to come along to find out!
But all of things are nothing more than hors d’oeuvre for the main course: React part 2 in San Francisco! It’s still very early days but the dates and venue are now fixed.
